Welcome to Imagined. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Imagined, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Imagined is a manifestation app that generates AI-powered first-person visions of your dream life. The app delivers personalized vision images daily, paired with immersive visualization scripts and audio narration.

3. User Accounts

To use Imagined, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or email verification. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the text and photos you submit (dream life descriptions, manifestations, reference photos). By using our service:

• You grant us a license to process your content for vision generation and personalization
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All features and functionality of Imagined are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Imagined uses artificial intelligence to generate vision images, captions, visualization scripts, and audio narration. While we strive for quality:

• We do not guarantee specific results from vision generation
• AI-generated content may not always match your expectations
• Vision images are for personal visualization and motivation purposes

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Imagined offers subscription plans managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
